the most common faults of new leaders is impatience when the
prospective teammate is slow to understand or make a decision.

Learning the personality colors, then making a clear presentation
to qualified prospects, and understanding their view. Will take a
lot less time once you know their strengths and weaknesses. You
then understand the prospects you are calling upon.

Building your organization is challenging. It demands the utmost
of your determination, creativity and innovative thinking. The
more success you want, and the more dedicated you are to
achieving your goals, the more you'll sponsor successful team
members. Thousands of people the world over are bonding with
future members of their organization, by breaking down barriers
that once held them back. It requires you to have a daily action
plan, with focused activities designed to reach your goals.

Getting up out of bed in the morning; doing what has to be done
in order to build the most successful group. Requires you to keep
records, of your daily activities, updating your techniques to stay
ahead of the competition. Planning the direction of further team
building strategy's. All the while increasing your own knowledge
through, training courses, and personal mentoring. This all
requires a great deal of personal motivation, discipline, and
energy. But then the rewards can be beyond your wildest dreams.

Here is a recent message I recieved from Randy Gage

Most of you know about "The MLM Revolution, the Manifesto
I'll be releasing on January 1, one minute after midnight. But
almost 3,000 more of you have subscribed to this Leadership
report since the notice of that was sent. So for you guys that
have heard this, please forgive the repetition.

But this is important. Really important.

For our profession to reach the level of acceptance it deserves,
for each of us to attain the success we are seeking, and for the

That's why I'm writing the manifesto. It's a brutally honest look

masquerade as legitimate programs. We have to police
ourselves, and clean up our own house.

Most importantly, the Manifesto is a call for what can be.

We need to lead by example and set higher standards. We
need to be amazing. And we can be.

But it won't be easy. Or quick. But we can do it.

And the time to do it is NOW.

The economy is tanking almost everywhere in the world.
Millions of jobs are being eliminated. Whole industries are
facing extinction. People have seen their retirement plans
and investments eviscerated. They are desperate.

And we can help them.

So I'm asking for your help.

How Network Marketing is Done in the Leaders Zone

Network marketing leaders seem to operate on a higher
level than most everyday people do. Being at the top of their
game is a lot like the inner state of being of the elite special
forces guys. They have a zone system they use to detect
their state of awareness.

This system consist of four zones of awareness

The zones are color coded as such
1) White
2) Yellow
3) Red
4) Black

Most people live in a white zone, it's a fuzzy white noise kind of
state. These are people who are stumbling through life, not sure
where they're at. If your walking around in the white zone of
awareness, you will be missing all the opportunities life puts
in your path.

Kind of like being in a Zombie type trance.

When you hear of people being sheep and being led around by
their nose you are talking about the vast majority of the human
population who are living in this white zone.

Now the Yellow state is a much more aware state of being.
That's where if your sitting down somewhere you would know
who was behind you. You would know where the exits are. You
would be aware of where your at, how your situated. And well
aware of what is going on around you.

And that is a great state to be in.

The Red state your a little more active, your actually sensing
that you need to pay attention. When your in an unfamiliar place
you have a heightened sense of awareness.

The black state is a combat ready state, where your ready to
kill anything that moves. You are actually in an actively hostile
environment.

Getting into the yellow and the more heightened red state, is
where you are able to force yourself to create that awareness.
And draw inspiration from your heightened senses. You are able
to stop and intuitively look inside and pull up the answers you
are looking for.

Now why do we do this?

Because your aware of who's around you, what's happening to
the left and to the right. Since observation comes from being in
a state of receptive intelligence. Where you are intelligently
observing the world and deciphering what is happening around
you. All you need is to follow an easy step by step duplicatable
