How to Avoid the Personality Crisis of Sponsoring, and Become a People Expert in 60 Minutes


I recieved a USB turntable for Christmas, a present from my
wife Lorelle.She would like me to turn my boxes of albums into
cd's, she probably wants me to get rid of them. This way she
can fill the space with more of her stuff.

So as I'm going through them, I spotted it. I forgot all about
this record. But as I pulled it from the box, there he was in all his
drunken glamrock glory.

The picture of a Personality Crisis

David Johanson and the New York Dolls. With the attitude
and swagger that the hair bands of the 80's were dying to achieve.
The lipstick and eyeliner along with the haystack hairdo's. They
cranked out some loud and brash Rock & Roll and defined a
style with their song "Personality Crisis".

It's personality roulette

This can also describe how a lot of network marketers go
about building their teams. They really dont know the inner
workings of the people they sponsor. Their just out to fill that
weak leg with 2392 people. Or fill all the levels necesary to get
paid in the new Matrix payplan.

How to pick your people

The smart way to people shop is to know their strong suits. And
determine how they will fit in and help grow your team. Which in
turn grows your commision check. But the big problem really is
not knowing their weaknesses.

Sponsoring a Yellow personality into a stairstep breakaway
plan will lead to a lot of misery for them. They like to help their
people, and nurture them all the way through the business. But
when their people breakaway, or cant make the system work.

They are the ones who feel all the guilt. And believe it's their
fault all their people are dropping out.

Fixing the personality emergency

The ones that drop out and jump from program to program are
the Blue personalities. Their always in a crisis, if this plans not
working the next one must be better. You will need to help them
stay focused on the outcome.

They need to make money fast, excitement is what keeps them
going. If not their gone, and enrolling in the new triple spinning
double helix comp plan.

The alarming truth about details

Green
personalities on the other hand, want and need all the
details you can give them. Their going to read every word on
your wepage, and go through all the calculations in your comp
plan. They wont join your team right away.

But when they do, their in it for the long haul. Because they
hate to be wrong, so they will make it work. No matter how
long it takes.

People who drive us mad

Now the Red personality, you need to tell them about all the
money they can make. Then you need to sell them on all the
money their going to make. Also you will need to close them
on all the money they are going to make.

Because that's all that matter to them. The money, the money,
the money.

Social Networking Psychology, is Network Marketing Biology

Network marketing as a home based business goes
hand in hand with the social networking done daily on all
the Web2.0 sites. And the best training available for social

It's no secret.

The more you know about the psychology of people the more
friends you will make. If you do business on the internet, it's

Here are a few hot buttons from each of the four personality
colors. Figure out which personality color you are, then you will
understand how better to relate to the other three.

The smartest people will never quit!

1) Green- These people are obsessed with specifics. The more
details and hard numbers that you can give them, the more
likely you are to turn these information junkie's into great prospects
for your successful network marketing business.

2) Yellows- They need to know that what you are offering
them has been tried by your team, and that they can do it with
you. They will be your best friend. They will be glad to help
the team in anyway they can. See that warm smile.

If it ain't fun, I'm not comin!

3) Blue's- These are emotional people, often making spur of
the moment purchases. By creating the right mood and stirring
the right feelings, these people are motivated promoters. Just
present the idea, then get out of their scattered way.

Get to the point, I ain't got time

4)Red- They all want to know, 'What's in it for ME?' Tell them,
show them, sell them. You must earn their respect from the
start. These people respond to social networking that give's
them a sense of pride, meaning and visualization. You know,
Look at ME!

Social Networking Oxymoron, I was Talking to a Blue Personality

Everyone does social networking,
but your probably wondering, what
the heck is he talking about.Well it
has been established that there are
four basic personalities.

And they have designated colors.

The four colors are available for further

Here's a quick reference to colors

Blue-Open and direct, they live for the fun

Yellow-Open and indirect, They love to be friends

Green-Indirect and self contained, They wonder why

Now I was going to write this long conversation that I had with
a woman with a blue personality. But it just went all over the
place. Here are some examplesof what was in the conversation.

Casino, horse racing, baseball, flat Elvis, Brazil, jungle waterfall,
teacher, Graceland, motorcycle ride, granddaughter, , table,
contest, furniture store, cruise, traveling, Florida, islands,
daughter, on and on.

And we covered all of that before 9:00 am. So you can see why
I passed on writing the whole conversation. Below I have

Here's What All the Honking is About



It is April and spring is finally ariving. In its full colorful glory.
All the plants and bushes are showing off thier brilliant colors.

There,s Yellows, Greens, Reds, and Blues.

There just like the Personality colors we will be discussing this
Saturday Night. On the Teleseminar with Mentoring for Free.
Color to Success Call!

More on that in a moment, but first I have to tell You about the
Honking. I was out in my yard when I heard this loud Honking,
coming out of the south as I turned here is what I saw in the sky.

In the spring when you see Geese heading north, for home flying
along in the ‘V’ formation. You might be interested in knowing what
science has discovered about why they fly that way.

It has been learned that as each bird flaps its wings, it creates uplift
for the bird immediately following. By flying in a‘V’formation the
whole flock adds at least 71% greater flying range than if each bird
flew on its own.

Quite similar to people who are part of a team and share a common
direction to get where they are going quicker and easier,
Because they are travelling on the trust of one another and lift each
other up along the way.

Whenever a Goose falls out of formation,

It suddenly feels the drag and resistance of trying to go through it
alone and quickly gets back into formation to take advantage of the
power of the flock.

If we have as much sense as a Goose, we will stay in formation and
share information with those who are headed in the same way we
are going.


When the lead Goose gets tired, he rotates back in the wings and
another Goose takes over. It pays to share leadership and take
turns of doing the more difficult jobs.

The Geese honk from behind to encourage those up front to keep
their speed. Words of support and inspiration help energize those
on the front line, helping them to keep pace in spite of the day-
to-day pressures and fatigue.

It is important that our honking be encouraging.
Otherwise it’s just, well, Honking!

Finally when a goose gets sick or is wounded it falls out, two Geese
fall out of the formation and follow the injured one down to help
and protect him. They stay with him until he is either able to fly
or until he is dead, then they launch out with another formation to
catch up with their group.

When one of us is down, It’s up to the others to stand by us
In our time of trouble. If we have the sense of a Goose, we will stand
by each other when things get rough. We will stay in formation with
those heading where we want to go. The next time you see a
formation of Geese, remember their message that:

"IT IS INDEED A REWARD,
A CHALLENGE AND A PRIVILEGE
TO BE A CONTRIBUTING MEMBER OF A TEAM"
